Whether you want to try your luck at being a quiz champion, bake some cakes, or do a sponsored silence at your school, we will support you however you want to fundraise!

See below for different ideas on how you could fundraise. Once you have decided what you'd like to do, simply create your own fundraising page and you're all set to go! All the money you raise will go towards the vital work that The Gap Project in your local community.

Fundraise at School

Get your school talking about how they could help their local community in Thanet. You could hold a non uniform day, host a bake sale or even organise a sponsored walk! The money you raise could help some of the disadvantaged children in our local area.

Fundraise at Work

There are so many ways to involve your colleagues in fundraising. How about a sports day? Or hold a raffle? Or maybe you can put The Gap Project forward for a Charity of the Year partnership. Payroll Giving is another great tax-efficient way of donating a small portion of your salary towards supporting our work.

Come to an Event

Check out our events page to see what you can get involved in! Whether you’re looking for a challenge or a ball is more your thing - we have you covered! We would also very much welcome you to take on your own event and fundraise for us, from the Paris Marathon to the Three Peaks Challenge we’d love to hear what you’re taking on and we will support you all the way!

Fundraise within your Community

Are you part of a book club, swim club, choir? Why not put your heads together and do something special to raise money for an important local cause.

Get involved with your university fundraising society, it is a great way of meeting people whilst doing something meaningful and impactful.
