Sit & Be Fit

Thursday  11:30am-12:15pm

Sit & Be Fit is a gentle, chair-based exercise class designed to improve mobility, strength and confidence in a safe and enjoyable way. Sessions are suitable for all abilities and focus on maintaining independence, reducing the risk of falls and improving overall wellbeing. Participants also benefit from the encouragement and friendship that comes from exercising together. Our sessions are facilitated by a qualified low-impact exercise instructor. Friday GAP Activities

When Friday 10.30am -12:00pm

Friday Club offers a relaxed and sociable start to the day. Enjoy a friendly coffee morning alongside a varied programme of guest speakers, creative crafts and occasional outings. This group supports older people to stay active, learn new things and build strong social connections, helping to reduce isolation and loneliness.

Music4Wellbeing (Dementia Friendly)

When Every Wednesday 1:30 Tea & Coffee.  Starts 2.00pm-3:00pm

Music4Wellbeing is a warm, inclusive and dementia-friendly group where participants can enjoy the proven benefits of music and singing in a supportive setting. No musical ability or experience is needed — just a love of music and being together. The session begins at 1.30pm with tea and coffee and time to socialise, followed by a lively hour of music, singing and shared enjoyment. Spouses and carers are welcome to attend, making this a valuable opportunity for shared experiences, emotional connection and mutual support.
